- Echo signal: output TTL PWL signal
- Size: 45*20*15mm
Note: This module is not suitable to connect with electric power directly. If you really need to do that, please let GND terminal connected first. Otherwise, it will affect its normal working state.
Interface

Pin :
- VCC
- Trig (T)
- Echo (R)
- GND
Usage
Supply module with 5V. High output is 5V and Low is 0V.
Note: There is another version with extra OUT pin. The OUT pin of this module is used as anti-theft output. Usually this pin is not connected if this module serves as range detector.
Working Principle
Supply the Trig IO with at least 10us High signal to trigger this module. Then the module automatically send eight 40khz square wave and automatically detects the returning signal.Meanwhile the Echo outputs High until this module detects returning signal. The duration time of Echo High status is the transmission time of 40khz square wave.

Note

There are 2 version of ultrasonic range detector. One is 4 pins and the other is 5 pins with extra OUT pin. As mentioned above, the OUT pin is usually not used. However, as range detector, their usage and function are exactly the same. Please leave message if you have special requirement. Otherwise we will decide the version.
