These Terms of Sale and Delivery ("Terms") govern the sale and delivery of products purchased from ELECHOUSE through its official website. By placing an order on the website, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to orders placed through the official ELECHOUSE website unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
These Terms apply to standard product sales and, where applicable, also apply to non-standard transactions unless separate written terms are agreed for such transactions.
For returns, warranty claims, and other after-sales matters, ELECHOUSE’s applicable After-Sales Policy shall also apply.
3. Order Submission and Acceptance
Any order submitted by the customer constitutes an offer to purchase only and shall not be deemed accepted by ELECHOUSE until ELECHOUSE issues a written order confirmation or dispatches the goods, whichever occurs first.
ELECHOUSE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order prior to acceptance, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, inventory errors, technical errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, compliance concerns, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable business grounds.
If payment has already been received for an order cancelled before acceptance, ELECHOUSE will refund the amount actually received to the original payment method.
4. Product Information, Specifications, and Availability
ELECHOUSE makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, compatibility information, availability, and prices are accurate. However, such information may contain errors, omissions, delays, or inaccuracies.
Product images are for reference only. Actual products, packaging, labels, markings, accessories, components, or product revisions may vary from the images or descriptions displayed on the website.
ELECHOUSE reserves the right to correct any error, omission, or inaccurate information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.
ELECHOUSE does not guarantee that any product will remain available or unchanged at any time. Product revisions, component substitutions, packaging changes, documentation updates, and specification adjustments may occur without notice, provided that the product remains substantially suitable for its intended general purpose.
Compatibility with the customer’s specific project, system, software environment, custom hardware, certification requirement, regulatory requirement, or third-party platform is not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing by ELECHOUSE.
5. Pricing and Inventory Errors
ELECHOUSE makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and inventory information are accurate. However, errors may occur.
In the event of any pricing error, inventory error, typographical error, technical error, or other incorrect information, ELECHOUSE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct such error and to refuse, reject, or cancel any affected order, whether or not the order has been submitted or payment has been received.
If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, ELECHOUSE will refund the amount actually received to the original payment method.
6. Payment Terms
All orders must be fully paid before shipment unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
ELECHOUSE may offer one or more payment methods through the website. The availability of any payment method may change at any time.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate and that the payment is valid and authorized. ELECHOUSE reserves the right to suspend processing, delay shipment, or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, is rejected, is disputed, or appears suspicious.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, bank charges, payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, intermediary charges, and similar charges imposed by payment providers or banks are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Shipping, Processing, and Delivery Estimates
ELECHOUSE will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the estimated processing time shown on the website or otherwise communicated to the customer.
Any shipping dates, lead times, processing times, dispatch times, or delivery estimates provided by ELECHOUSE are for reference only and do not constitute a guarantee of shipment or delivery on any specific date.
ELECHOUSE shall not be liable for any delay caused by carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, supply chain disruption, regulatory action, export control issues, labor shortages, transportation interruption, or other circumstances beyond ELECHOUSE’s reasonable control.
ELECHOUSE may, at its sole discretion, make partial shipments where commercially reasonable.
8. Taxes, VAT, Duties, and Customs Clearance
For orders in which import tax, VAT, customs clearance charges, or similar charges are expressly stated as prepaid in the order, ELECHOUSE will arrange payment of such prepaid charges only to the extent expressly included in the order.
For orders in which import tax, VAT, customs duties, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, storage charges, or similar charges are not expressly stated as prepaid, all such charges shall be borne solely by the customer, consignee, or recipient.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, any local import duty, VAT, customs clearance fee, brokerage fee, inspection fee, storage charge, or other government-imposed or carrier-imposed charge in the destination country is the responsibility of the customer, consignee, or recipient.
If delivery fails or is delayed due to the customer’s failure or refusal to pay any payable shipping charge, import duty, VAT, customs clearance fee, brokerage fee, storage charge, or similar charge, such failure or delay shall be deemed a customer-side delivery failure.
9. Risk of Loss
Except as otherwise provided in these Terms, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods during normal transit shall remain with ELECHOUSE until the goods are successfully delivered to the customer at the delivery address provided in the order.
However, if delivery, redelivery, customs clearance, collection, or receipt of the goods is delayed, prevented, refused, or rendered impossible due to any act, omission, fault, or circumstance attributable to the customer, the consignee, or the recipient, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods shall pass to the customer from the time such delay, prevention, refusal, or impossibility occurs.
If the loss of or damage to the goods is caused by reasons not attributable to the customer, consignee, or recipient, ELECHOUSE shall bear such loss in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
10. Undeliverable Shipments Caused by Customer
If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the customer, consignee, or recipient, including but not limited to:
- incorrect or incomplete delivery address,
- incorrect or invalid telephone number,
- failure to respond to carrier contact attempts,
- failure to provide required customs clearance information or documents,
- refusal to pay shipping charges, import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, storage charges, or other payable charges,
- refusal to accept delivery, or
- any other customer-side reason preventing successful delivery,
then the customer shall bear all resulting risks, losses, and costs.
If the goods are returned to ELECHOUSE due to any such customer-side reason:
- the customer shall bear the full round-trip shipping cost,
- the customer shall bear any return shipping, reshipping, customs, tax, brokerage, storage, handling, and related charges,
- ELECHOUSE may deduct such amounts from any refund otherwise payable, and
- any refund shall be subject to the applicable restocking fee and other deductions permitted under these Terms and the After-Sales Policy.
If the goods are destroyed, abandoned, confiscated, or otherwise disposed of by the carrier, customs authority, warehouse, or other third party due to any such customer-side reason, the resulting loss shall be borne by the customer, and ELECHOUSE shall have no obligation to provide a refund, replacement, or compensation, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
11. Inspection Upon Delivery
The customer must inspect the goods promptly upon delivery.
Any claim relating to shipping damage, missing items, incorrect items, visible defects, or quantity shortage must be submitted to ELECHOUSE in writing within 14 calendar days after delivery, together with reasonable supporting evidence such as photographs, videos, and package labels.
Failure to notify ELECHOUSE within such period may be deemed acceptance of the goods as delivered, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
12. Cancellation and Modification of Orders
The customer may request cancellation or modification of an order before shipment, but ELECHOUSE is under no obligation to accept such request.
If an order has already entered production, customization, procurement, packaging, dispatch preparation, export handling, or shipment, ELECHOUSE may refuse cancellation or modification.
Approved cancellations may be subject to deduction of non-recoverable costs, payment processing fees, procurement costs, handling charges, or other actual losses incurred by ELECHOUSE, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Final Sale / Non-Cancellable / Non-Returnable Transactions
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the following orders or transactions are final and are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable except where required by applicable law:
- custom-made products,
- OEM/ODM orders,
- special-order items,
- quotation balance payments,
- payment links,
- service links,
- engineering service items,
- adjustment links, and
- other non-standard or specially arranged transactions.
14. Force Majeure
ELECHOUSE shall not be liable for any delay, non-performance, shipment failure, or other loss arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, transportation interruption, carrier failure, customs delay, import or export restriction, government action, supply shortage, energy shortage, network failure, or telecommunications failure.
In such cases, ELECHOUSE may suspend performance, delay shipment, partially perform, or cancel the affected order without liability, except for refund of amounts actually received for undelivered goods where required by applicable law.
15. Intended Use and Customer Responsibility
ELECHOUSE products are generally supplied for development, evaluation, integration, prototyping, and related commercial or technical use unless otherwise expressly stated.
The customer is solely responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for the customer’s intended application, system design, certification requirements, compliance requirements, and operating environment.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, ELECHOUSE does not warrant that any product is suitable for safety-critical, medical, life-support, military, aerospace, nuclear, automotive safety, or other high-risk applications.
16. Returns, Warranty, and After-Sales Matters
Returns, replacements, warranty claims, after-sales support, No Fault Found cases, restocking fees, and refund processing are governed by ELECHOUSE’s applicable After-Sales Policy, as updated from time to time.
If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the After-Sales Policy regarding returns or after-sales matters, ELECHOUSE may interpret the documents in a commercially reasonable manner, subject to applicable law.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELECHOUSE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, project delay, loss of data, installation cost, removal cost, reinstallation cost, integration cost, engineering time, debugging time, certification cost, storage cost, or any third-party claim arising out of or relating to the sale, delivery, delay, non-delivery, or use of the goods.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELECHOUSE’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any order or product shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, any order, or any sale of goods by ELECHOUSE shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong SAR, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
19. Policy Updates
ELECHOUSE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time the order is placed will generally apply to that order, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
