After-Sales Policy

This After-Sales Policy applies to all products purchased from DIGITAL BAY LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “DIGITAL BAY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 19H MAXGRAND PLAZA NO 3 TAI YAU ST SAN PO KONG KLN HONG KONG.

1. Warranty Period

All products sold by DIGITAL BAY are covered by a six (6) month warranty, commencing from the date of delivery to the customer. Specific warranty periods may vary for certain products (e.g., consumables, accessories), and such variations will be clearly stated on the product page or at the time of purchase.

2. Returns and Exchanges for Quality Issues (Defective Products)

2.1 Definition of a Defective Product

A defective product is defined as a product that exhibits a manufacturing defect or fails to perform as intended under normal use within the warranty period. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Malfunction or non-functionality.
  • Significant cosmetic defects present upon delivery.
  • Failure to meet advertised specifications.

2.2 Procedure for Returning a Defective Product

  • Customers must notify DIGITAL BAY via email at service@elechouse.com within 7 days of receiving the product, providing detailed information about the defect, supporting evidence (photos or videos), and the original order number.
  • Our customer service team will review the claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the issue is deemed a valid defect.
  • Customers must return the defective product, securely packaged, along with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, DIGITAL BAY will, at its discretion, either:
    • Repair the defective product.
    • Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product of equal or similar value.
    • Issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method.

2.3 Shipping Costs for Defective Returns

DIGITAL BAY will be responsible for the return shipping costs for verified defective products. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping expenses.

3. Returns for Non-Quality Issues (Change of Mind Returns)

3.1 Conditions for Change of Mind Returns

  • Customers may return products for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the product is in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging, with all original accessories and documentation included.
  • The product must be in resalable condition.

3.2 Procedure for Change of Mind Returns

  • Customers must notify DIGITAL BAY via email at service@elechouse.com within the specified timeframe, stating their intention to return the product and providing the original order number.
  • Our customer service team will provide return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

3.3 Refund for Change of Mind Returns

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, DIGITAL BAY will issue a refund for the product’s purchase price, excluding original shipping costs. A restocking fee up to 5% may apply.

4. Exclusions from Warranty and Returns

The following situations are excluded from this After-Sales Policy:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers or warranty stickers.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
  • Consumable items (e.g., batteries, ink cartridges) unless defective upon arrival.
